Green Tea, Treadmill and an Exercise Ball....

what more do I need to lose weight? Ha!

Today I walked/jogged 35 minutes on the treadmill, drank 40 oz of my own brewed green tea and did somewhere around 100 crunches on an exercise ball.

Next purchase at the store will be kettlebells. Hey! They seem to work for the Biggest Losers so I will give it a try.

Had somewhere around 500 calories so far today. Decided to go back to my high protein low carb/fat diet. Will try to stay at 1100-1200 calories again. Seemed to have lost my steam for 3 wks but I am revving it back up to get down to -40 total lbs by the end of January, which means I have around 6 lbs to go.

Drink green tea people!

Oh yeah, don't respond with how the contestants are doing on Biggest Loser, I am not caught up on watching it yet so don't ruin it for me!

  1. Kettlebells look like the work great. My little gym doesn't have any yet, but they are supposed to be getting some.

Great job on the exercise :)

  2. Great job on the exercise today. When you get some kettlebells you'll have to tell us what you think of them. I totally think you can make your goal by the end of the month. I'll be routing for you.

  4. Great site you have here. I came across your site from another site. I have a blog myself which I hope will be a top resource for those looking to find the motivation to lose weight.

I'd like to exchange links with you to help spread some traffic around between each other. Please let me know if this is possible under our "Best Weight Loss Websites" page. Until then, keep up the good work!

  5. I think anything Biggest Loser does looks as if it's effective just remember these people do 7-8 or even more hours of exercise a day. Anyone doing that much daily will show great success but, we are normal doing it the right way and in normal limits. Kudos on your sucess. My caloric intake is somewhere between 700-1000 depending on the degree of exercising I have done that day. Let us know about the kettle bells.
